We share tools and coaching that we believe help people communicate better. Your results depend on you. We make no promises about income, sales, or business outcomes.

Not professional advice

Nothing on this site or in an audit call is legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. You are responsible for how you use what you learn, including following the rules of your own industry and firm.

Your content

If you share a transcript, notes, or a summary of a conversation for scoring, you confirm you have the right to share it. Please remove client names or private details you are not allowed to share. We use what you share only to run your audit and coaching.

Intellectual property

The Influence Scorecard, the 7 indicators framework, this website, and our materials belong to Christian Hansen and Associates, LLC. You may not copy, resell, or build competing products from them.

Communications

By submitting our form you agree we may contact you by email, and by text if you gave that consent, per our Privacy Policy. You can opt out at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Christian Hansen and Associates, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from this site or the audit. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, which for the free audit is zero.
